With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randall Kelley of Oskaloosa, Iowa, born in Central City, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2023 at the age of 63. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Randall Kelley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kelley and Pauline Kelley (Bowyer); and his niece Brittany Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Joni Richards of Oskaloosa; his daughters, Brandis Baldwin of Ankeny, Bailey Kelley (Kevin Korth) of Coralville and Madison Kelley-Berg (Andrew) of Cockeysville, Maryland; his grandchildren, Kobe Watt and Roman Baldwin; and his siblings, Robert Kelley (Suzann) of Ames, Linda Schlater (Jack) of Ames and Mark Kelley (Linda) of Pella. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
Memorials may be made to the Southern Poverty Law Center or to the family to be designated towards an Indian Hills Community College Scholarship in Randall's name.
