She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Husted and Jennie Moore Husted; her daughter Teresa "Toot" Ver Steeg; and her brother Dennis Husted. She is survived by: her husband Aaron Ver Steeg of Oskaloosa; her son Scott (Kristina Ver Steeg) of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Jessica Lavrov (Ver Steeg), Briana Ver Steeg, Kristen Ver Steeg, Daniel Hart, Leah Hart, Lainey Hart and Nicole Neal (Hart); and her brother Albert (Debbie Husted) of Pella.

Memorials may be made to MHP Hospice Serenity House.
