It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phil Zickefoose of Oskaloosa, Iowa, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Zickefoose and Gayle Zickefoose (Stull); his siblings, Patricia "Lynn" Messer and Mark Zickefoose; his brother-in-law Romaine Messer; and his grandson Tyler Zickefoose.
He is survived by: his children, Shaefen Huyser (Jake) of Oskaloosa, Jake Zickefoose (Ashley) of Oskaloosa and Alissa Zickefoose (Eric Miller) of Coralville; his grandchildren, Ethan Huyser, Zoe Lynch, Carter Huyser, Talan Zickefoose, Archer Zickefoose, Henry Miller and Peyton Zickefoose; and his siblings, Loren Zickefoose of Maryland, Nancy Sasseen of Missouri, Judy Zickefoose of Missouri and Keith Zickefoose (Tammy) of Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
