He was predeceased by: his parents, Parke Lewis and Elsie Powell Lewis; his children, Jimmy Lewis and Denise Feeney; and his siblings, Pat Mitchell (Larry), Jean Stapp, Jack Lewis, Kenny Lewis, Betty Rauch, Maxine Lewis, Delbert Steele and Donald Steele.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Jacque Terrell; and his children, Michael Lewis, Ellen Lewis of Rose Hill, Diane Else, Brett Else of Oskaloosa, William Lewis and Shannon Lewis of Beacon. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
