She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Downing and Nellie Downing. She is survived by: her brother Bob Downing of Ottumwa, Iowa; her children, Vicky Kipling (Matt) of Macomb, Illinois, Brian Paul (Terri Anderson) of Trenton, Illinois and Scott Paul of Florida; and her grandchildren, Matt, Megan, Camille, Jade, Amber and Joshua.
