She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Greer and Mildred Greer; her husband Robert Hammons; her sister Mary Kay Kroska of Apple Valley, MN; and her stepson Randy Hammons.
She is survived by: her sister Rosanne Doran of Council Bluffs, IA; her stepdaughters, Cynthia Hammons-Balmer of Newton and Sharon Hammons of Oskaloosa, IA; and her stepgranddaughter Molly Balmer of Kellogg, IA.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Pence - Reese Funeral Home (310 N 2nd Ave E, Newton, IA 50208).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or St. Croix Hospice and can be left at Pence Reese Funeral Home.
