He is survived by: his wife Carol McPherson of Oskaloosa; his children, Erin Skinner (Jake Williams) of Oskaloosa, James McPherson (Lisa) of Oskaloosa and William McPherson of Des Moines; his grandsons, Aiden Skinner, Wyatt McPherson and Tobias McPherson; and his sister-in-law Hazel McPherson of Roseville, California..
