She is survived by: her husband Donald of Oskaloosa; her children, Dale Veldhuizen of Des Moines, Eric Veldhuizen of Moulton and Sara Veldhuizen Stealy (David) of Accra; her grandchildren, Alexis Bell (Jacob) of Oskaloosa, Dakota Veldhuizen of Moulton and Dawson Veldhuizen of Moulton; her great grandchild Aubree Bell of Oskaloosa; her brother Keith Veldhuizen (Vicki Collins) of Barronett; her sister-in-law Linda Veldhuizen of Memphis; her nieces, Stacy Mickey (Ben) of Mesa and Renee Hook (Aron) of Golden; and her close friend Sandy Veldhuizen.
