It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Sparks of Oskaloosa, Iowa, born in Deep River, Iowa, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo A. Yeo and A. Louise Yeo (Bracy); her husband Russell Sparks; her daughter Leslie Arnold; and her brothers, Clyde Yeo, Richard Yeo, Donnie Yeo and Clarence Yeo.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta Knox (Geron) of Olathe and Tim Sparks (Pam) of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Holly Koons (Justin), Heidi Holmes (Terry), Hilary Holmes (Bryan), Lindsey Knox, Brendon Knox, Heather Doak (Ben), Amanda Drost (Tim) and Breanna Brummer (Eric); and her sisters, Lucille Poe and Mary Garrett.
