She is survived by: her husband Larry Joe Mateer of Oskaloosa; her children, Margaret, Larry Joe Mateer Jr. of Oskaloosa, Mark Edward Mateer of Oskaloosa and Thomas Lee Mateer (Donna) of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Jessie Mateer, Heather Withlatch, Justin, Merle Fawcett, Brandy Mateer and Samantha Hershey; and her brother George Rust of Oskaloosa.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Langkamp Funeral Chapel (2116 N 3rd St, Oskaloosa, IA 52577). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
