He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Peter and Naomi Catherine Smith Webb; his brother Jerry Webb; his parents-in-law, Lennart and Irene Larson; his siblings-in-law, Duane J. Mottet, Liz Larson and Karen Mortimer; and his nephew Dan Larson.
He is survived by: his spouses, Judith Ann Larson and Judith Webb of Oskaloosa; his children, Randall Webb of Peoria, Ronald Webb (Dori) of Independence and Lynne Webb (Dennis Johnson) of Burlington, Iowa; his grandchildren, Natasha Innis and Payton Johnson; his great grandchildren, Addison and Preston Montgomery; his sister Carol Mottet of Washington, Iowa; and his brother-in-law David Larson of Albia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, neighbors and close friends.
