It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Leota Hoyt (Oskaloosa, Iowa), born in Bussey, Iowa, who passed away on February 6, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Winegardner and Lillie Winegardner (Spaur); her husband Vernon; her great grandchild Shaeleigh Boot; her siblings, Maxine Winegardner and Bob Hoyt; and also Terry Sheets.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Hoyt of Oskaloosa, Phyllis Swim (Darrell) of Oskaloosa, Delores "Dee" Beyer (Vance) of Otley and Darlene Hoyt of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Sonya Boot (Darren) of Otley and Chad Beyer (Jen) of Monroe; her stepgrandchildren, Rob Beal of Salem, IA and Glynis Beal of Des Moines, IA; her great grandchildren, Deacon, Devon, Savannah Boot of Otley, Ian Beyer and Ryan Steenhoek of Monroe; her sister Gennevieve Chilcote of Oskaloosa; and her sister-in-law Bernice Hoyt of Pleasant.
