She was predeceased by: her father Harold Burk; and her father-in-law Harry Luzadder. She is survived by: her mother Alice Rapp Burk of Oskaloosa; her husband Harry Luzadder, Sr. of Oskaloosa; her children, Jean Luzadder of Oskaloosa, Harry Luzadder, Jr. of Oskaloosa and Kelli Luzadder of Oskaloosa; and her brother Ron Wyatt (Lori) of New Sharon.
