She is survived by: her husband Jim Fulk of Oskaloosa; her children, Waneta (John), Debbie O'Gara (Brian) of Mankato, Jeff McCollum (Mary) of Kirkville, Verda Smith (Brandt) of Oskaloosa and Lila (George); and her sister-in-law Carol Vance.
