He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Allard, Sr. and Iona Allard Yacinich (Roland); his stepfather Victor Yacinich; and his son David Allard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Landers Noel of Oskaloosa; his children, LaCinda Allard-Shilling (Troy) of Oskaloosa, Christine Davison (Gregg) of Perry, Jason Noel (Danelle) of Polk City, Bryan Noel (Angie) of Oskaloosa, Naomi Brantley (Tim) of South Bend, IN and Rebecca Allard of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Jacob, Zachary, Katelyn, Mia, Jayden, Amanda and Christopher; and his brother Rev. John Allard (Janice) of Oskaloosa.
