He is survived by: his children, Paula Eddy of McArthur, California, John Isley (Marilyn) of Oskaloosa, Michael Burk (Kim) of Greeneville, Tennessee, Jody Gundrum of Ottumwa, Matthew Burk (Missy) of Oskaloosa, Justin Burk of Oskaloosa and Amanda Burk (Brandon Sheets) of Oskaloosa; and his siblings, Jack Burk (Claudia), Jim Burk (Sue), Mark Burk (Amy), Mary Ann Bridgeman, Marjorie Bakalar and Marilyn Isley (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
