It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julia H. Davis of Oskaloosa, Iowa, born in Perry, Iowa, who passed away on November 2, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reese Ellett and Evelyn Ellett; her husband Howard E. Davis; her son-in-law Larry McMahan; and her siblings, Clive, Del Ellett, Genevieve Needham and Mary Jane Rickard.
She is survived by: her sons, Stanley E. Davis (Ed) and Ed (Margaret) of Colorado Springs; her grandchildren, Keith, Bren Davis, Ronald, Matthew, Hailey and Kaylee; her daughter Laurie McMahan; her grandchildren, Ryan, Sara McMahan, Kailey of Spring Hill, Raun, Crystal McMahan, Autumn, Austin, Daisy, Meara and Thea of Oskaloosa; and her sister Joanne Blankenfeld of Grinnell.
According to the rules put in place by the Iowa Department of Public Health, proper social distancing and reasonable personal protective equipment is advised for attending a religious public event.
