She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Spaur and Mary Josephine Bowie Spaur; her husband Robert Kerr; her sons, Frank, Jay and Kenneth; her granddaughter Tikens Binns; her stepsons, Bill and Gary Black; her great grandchildren, Emmett and Burton; and her siblings, Harold Spaur, Josephine McGee, Lena Pearl Kephart and June Barber.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Daley (Paul) of Buffalo, Stacey Kerr of Oskaloosa, Theresa Kerr of Oskaloosa, Quincy Kerr (Cheryl) of Fountain and Julie Wells (Trevor) of Oskaloosa; her daughters-in-law, Penny Black of Fort Smith, Ann Black of Fort Smith and Pamela Kerr-Wahlberg of Panama City, Florida; and her close friends, Linda and Alex. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; forty-five great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
