He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Joan Wayne and Dale Trelstad. He is survived by: his parents, John Wayne and Michelle Wayne (Trelstad) of Oskaloosa; his sister Natalie Jordan-Anne Wayne of Oskaloosa; his grandparents, Nancy and Steve Napier of Davenport; and his aunts and uncles, Chris Trelstad (Kim Brokaw) of Bettendorf, Andy Napier (Alicia) of Bushnell, David Wayne (Suzanne) of East Moline, Mike Wayne (Kendra) of Sarasota, Mary Fortner (Harold) of Grinnell and Tom Wayne (Dung) of Westbrook, Maine.
