He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Angela Wallace; his children, Samantha Carter of Des Moines and Cody Carter of Oskaloosa; his stepson Justin; his parents, Janie Tordsen (Kuder) of Rose Hill and Wayne Carter of Gulf Port, MS; his sister Penni Winegar (Craig) of Rose Hill; his grandmother Mildred Kuder of Oskaloosa; his uncle Bob Kuder (Michelle); his cousin Keith Kuder of Oskaloosa; and his stepfather Robert Tordsen.
