He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Sullivan and Velma Amdor Sullivan; his wife Virginia Selk; and his sister Kathy Frush. He is survived by: his children, Steve Sullivan of Des Moines and Patti (Tom); his friends, Falls of Iowa, Mark Sullivan (Mary Jane) of Rose Hill, Kerry Royer (Doug) of Perry, Iowa, Becky Bechtel (Chris) of Custer and Andy Sullivan of Oskaloosa; and his siblings, Tom Sullivan of Keosauqua and Margaret Konzen of Branson, Missouri.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
