He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Joseph and Edna Mae Beal (Price); his siblings, Betty Price, Wilbur Jr., Chuck and Glenn Beal; his granddaughters, Alexa Stuehmer and Patricia Beal; and his great grandchild Nora Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Mildred Kerr of Oskaloosa; his children, Jeffrey Beal (Nancy) of Oskaloosa, Joel Beal of Illinois, Justin Beal of Newton, Valerie Stuehmer (Alex) of Boone and Jeremiah Beal (Kim) of Cedar Rapids; and his siblings, Jim Beal of Rehobeth Beach, DE. and Mildred Wanders (Leroy) of Oskaloosa.
