She is survived by: her husband Larry Veldhuizen of Oskaloosa; her children, Stephen De Kock (Kris) of Hendersonville, TN, Doug De Kock (Sharon) of Oskaloosa, Jayne Wake (Jim) of Clive and Sandy Bailey (Greg) of Oskaloosa; her stepchildren, Doug Veldhuizen (Jen) of Grand Haven, MI and Vickie (Chad) of Allison, IA; her grandchildren, Joshua Bandstra (Caron Weldin) of Waukee, Jessica Blommers (Brandon) of Oskaloosa, Tasha De Kock (Tadd Duncan) of Westminster, CO, Kace DeKock of Wuxu, Brittnay Meininger (Joshua) of Tacoma Park, MD, Morgan Bailey (Brady Burford) of Oskaloosa, Keaton Kock and Tanner De Kock of Oskaloosa; her stepgrandchildren, Leigh Ann Whipple (Dino), Damon Wake of Phoenix, AZ, Emma Veldhuizen, Grace Veldhuizen of Grand Haven, MI, Jacob Kruse of Allison, IA and Aarron Lamb (Tara) of Frankfort, KY; her great grandchildren, Charlie Bandstra, Sadie Jean, Gibson Blommers, Jaxson Bailey Woods, Tobias Burford, Iain Gabriel Meininger, Emily Whipple, Jack Whipple and Mason Lamb; her sisters, Betty Ann Huyser of Oskaloosa, Mary Ver Heul (Dick) of Ames, IA and Dorothy Groenendyk (Don) of Leighton, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Jennie Veenstra (John) of Pella and Nancy De Kock of Marshalltown.
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates memorials can be made to MHP Hospice Serenity House or Oskaloosa Indians Booster Club for a future memorial.
