It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Carter (Oskaloosa, Iowa), who passed away on August 28, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Petersen and Dora Lee Petersen (Smith); and her sister Sally Jo McMurry (Mike) of Centerville. She is survived by: her great grandchild Jesus; her husband Francis "Bud" Carter of Oskaloosa; her sister Pat Armbrust (Bob); her children, Randall Regennitter (Hope) of Melrose, Rick Regennitter (Rhonda) of Atalissa and Rebecca Irving of Mount Pleasant; and her stepdaughters, Suzy Walters (Terry) of Ottumwa and Tami Heisdorffer (Tony) of Hedrick. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Jimmy Swaggart Fund to take the message of the Cross to the world.
