She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Peterson and Mildred Hicks Peterson; her brother Jon Peterson; her husbands, Raymond Speckhart (Larry) and Allan Feehan; and her brother-in-law James Day.

She is survived by: her former husband Tom Nelson; her sister Joanne Day of Oskaloosa; her sister-in-law Lindy Peterson of New Sharon; her stepsons, Tom Nelson (Wanda) and Tony Nelson; her nieces and nephews, Teresa Day of Oskaloosa, Amy Stout (Eric) of Oskaloosa, Michael Peterson (Staci Blanke) of New Sharon and Jim Day (Alyssa) of Tipton; her great-nephews, Dawson, Hunter, Jaylin, Grayson, Trey, Trevon and Talon; and her close friend Ron Allgood. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
