With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jake Azlin (Oskaloosa, Iowa), who passed away on May 14, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Azlin and Ruth Marie Azlin (Needom); his wife Karen; his grandson Anthony Adam Azlin; and his siblings, Charles, Andy Azlin and Ann Morris.
He is survived by: his former wife Diana L. McCombs; his daughters, Melynda Spoor (Mike) of Cameron, Rebecca Durst (Dennis) of Ottumwa and Alicia VanDerVeer (Jason) of Cotter, AR; his stepdaughter Kayla Lawrance (Tom) of Pella; and his grandchildren, Madison Brown (Micheal), Quintin Durst (Monica), Courtney Kelderman (Hunter), Kendal Durst, Travis VanDerVeer (Sara), Amanda VanDerVeer (Steve Hol), Connor VanDerVeer, Rylie Lawrence and Audrey Lawrence.
