With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Homer C. Ferguson (Oskaloosa, Iowa), who passed away on August 13, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ferguson and Ethel Ferguson (Brubaker); his wife Alice Viola Ferguson (Tesinsky); and his siblings, Max Ferguson, Loel Ferguson, Lois Beaver (Ferguson) and Gene Ferguson.
He is survived by: his aunt Faye; his friends, Kenny, Marion and Homer; his children, Steve (Jan Ferguson), Joe (Sharon Ferguson), Jerry (Sondra Van Der), Wayne (Sue Van Wyk) and Stan (Carla Eysink); his grandchildren, Chad Ferguson (Kris) of Alexandria, MN, Todd Ferguson (Molly) of Moorhead, MN, Scott Ferguson (Angie) of Carey, NC, Amber Ragen (Anthony) of Pella, Natalie Nunnikhoven (Jake) of Oskaloosa, Molly Staroba (Tim) of Highland, MI, Mathew Van Der (Amy Rowland), Jeremy Van Wyk (Eric Riesberg) and Jason Van Wyk of Westminster, CO; and his stepgrandchildren, Curtis, Lance and Kelly. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
