He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Parlet and Betty Parlet (Binns); and his children, Wendi Parlet (Hanai) of Honolulu and Michael Taylor Dixon of Boring, Oregon.. He is survived by: his daughter Eugenia Parlet of Honolulu, Hawaii; and his grandchildren, Adam, Ashley of Honolulu, Hawaii, Hanai, Wendy and Neil Dixon.
