He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Holliday and Lucille Mayes Holliday; his siblings, Bill Holliday, Bob Holliday, Ronnie Holliday, Larry Holliday, Joyce Kerimsky and Annie Spratt; and his brother-in-law Lyle Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Meyers; his sons, Pat Holliday of Des Moines and Brian Holliday of Oskaloosa; his grandchildren, Ashley Holliday, Alexis Hodge (Kenny) and Dakota Holliday; and his siblings, Kenny Holliday (Barb) of Wisconsin and Linda Bishop of Oskaloosa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
