We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2019, at the age of 77, Frank Benjamin Douglas Jr. (Oskaloosa, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Benjamin Sr. and Mary Douglas (Van Damme). He is survived by: his son Frank III; his wife Carol Douglas of Oskaloosa; his children, Amy Wigginton (Tom) of Denver, CO, Ben Douglas (Chrissie) of Denver, CO and Jeff Douglas (Pam) of Davenport, IA; his grandchildren, Kaya, Abby, Luke, Payton, Austin and Vaughn; and his parents-in-law, Randy Walston (Jean), Kathy Schadel, Steve and Kim Stek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to MHP Serenity Hospice House.
