She was predeceased by: her parents, William Prenger and Gertrude De Prenger (Voss); her great grandchild Kenneth Hugen (Jan Lynam); her husband Bob; her son Kenneth; her daughter-in-law Kathy; her great grandchild William Kenneth Marcum; and her siblings, Velma Rempe, Betty Van Arendonk, Herb and Howard De Prenger.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary; her son-in-law William Parsons of Virginia; her grandsons, Brian Parsons (Nancy) and Scott Parsons; her son Richard Hugen (late Kathy) of Pella; her granddaughters, Carrie Blommers (Jason), Tina Vander Molen (Jeremy), Sheri De Nooy (Dan) and Dena Huelsman (Kyle); and also, Kate Cisney (Mike), Laura Beyer (Chad) and Jon Hugen (Meagan).
