He is survived by: his spouse Ethel Hulbert of Truax; his sons, Terry Hulbert of Truax, Dan Hulbert (Diane) of Cedar and Kelly Hulbert of Blair, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Chris Hulbert, Jessica Nollen (Marc) and Travis Hulbert (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Gabrielle Hulbert, Eli Nollen, Parker Nollen, Teigen Hulbert and Koeyn Hulbert. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and other family and friends.
