Forsyth of Oskaloosa, Iowa, born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter "Pete" Mack and Agnes Schaechter Mack; her husband Tom Forsyth; and her brothers, Dennis Mack (Delores) and Richard "Tony" Mack.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Forsyth (Jennifer) of San Antonio, Mark Forsyth of Los Angeles and John Forsyth of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her grandchildren, Jonathon, Jacqueline, Kay Lynn and David; and her sister-in-law Janet Mack of Blue Grass. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the MHP Serenity Hospice House in Oskaloosa.
