He is survived by: his former wife Judith Grandia; his wife Marilyn Hibler of Oskaloosa; his son Carroll Hoover of Oskaloosa; his granddaughter Samantha McHawes (Tim) of Oskaloosa; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Jackson and Madilyn; his grandson Jeremy Hoover (Ashley) of Oskaloosa; his great grandchild Silas; his grandchild Kale Hoover of Oskaloosa; his daughter Becky Netten of Oskaloosa; his granddaughter Amber Thomas of Pella; his great grandchildren, Emily Lanphier, Mason and Lincoln Thornbrugh; his grandson Landon Findley of Oskaloosa; his stepdaughter Cindy Peterson (Mike Gatton) of What Cheer; his stepgrandchildren, Amy Stout (Eric) of Oskaloosa and Michael Peterson (Staci) of New Sharon; his siblings, Lee Hoover (Wilma "Peach") of South Carolina and Marie Doty of Oskaloosa; and also, Eddie, Dawson, Hunter Davis, Grayson and Mahailey.
Open visitation with a limit of 10 persons in the building at any given time will be held from 10 a. m. to 6 p. m., Wednesday at Langkamp Funeral Chapel; due to COVID-19 precautions, the family will not be greeting visitors.
