He is survived by: his wife Roxanna "Sue" Maddy of Oskaloosa; his children, Todd Miller (Amy) of Oskaloosa, Tricia Epping (Robert) of Flower Mound, Tamra Knipp (Dan) of Waterloo and Travis Miller (Angela) of Oskaloosa; his grandchildren, Aaron Epping, Aubrey Miller, Jack Miller, Jarod Miller, Andrew Epping, Tyler Miller, Madelynn Knipp, Trey Miller, Mason Knipp and Allyson Epping; and his siblings, Dwight Miller (Sharon) of Fremont, Dave Miller (Phyllis) of Monroe, Dorothy Allison of Ankeny, Dick Miller (Pam) of New Boston, Debbie Spurgeon of Ottumwa, Denny Miller (Nancy) of Bussey and Darlene Fritz (J. R.) of Jefferson City, Missouri..
