She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Chole Reish (Miller) and Ivan William Reish; her husband Clifford Leroy Hayes; her children, Julie Ann Hayes and Andrew Leroy Hayes; her grandson Cody Hayes; her sister Fern Lyons (Vernon); and her nephews, Greg Lyons and Dean Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, David Hayes (Mary) of Lohrville, Glenn Hayes (Jennifer) of Weeki Wachee, Fla. and Gayle Hayes of Creston; and her grandchildren, Jerod Hayes (Ladonna) of Fort Dodge, Matthew Hayes (Katie) of Fort Dodge, Kelli Wolf (Danny) of Madrid and Casey Hayes of Florida. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
