It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Parks (Oskaloosa, Iowa), who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wilson and Jennie Louise Otto Parks; and his siblings, Robert Parks and Sheryl Liehr. He is survived by: his former wife Diana Applegate; his son Christopher Todd; his former wife Judith Megrew; his wife Judy Parks of Oskaloosa; his children, Jeff Gilliland (Cathy) of Rose Hill, Janese Smallwood (Curt) of Tolleson, Michael Parks (Tracy) of Kerrville, Deb Warden (Rick) of Montezuma, Chris Parks (LaVette) of Avondale and Scott Gilliland (Tracey) of Rose Hill; and his brothers, Richard Parks (Dorothy) of Orange and Roger Parks (Dixie) of Oskaloosa.
