He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward James and Beatrice Lucille Lanphier (Langfitt). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Eileen Harrison; his sons, Randy Lanphier (Pam) of Oskaloosa, Jim Lanphier (Sharon) of Oskaloosa and LeRoy Lanphier of Oskaloosa; and his close friend Duane Roberts of Rose Hill, IA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren.
