He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bailey and Esther Bailey (Wilson); his wife Shirley E. Grubb; his son Charles Bailey; and his brother Kenneth Bailey.
He is survived by: his daughter Lauren McMahan (Jim) of Delta; his grandchildren, Weslee McMahan (Kelsey), Bradlee McMahan (Jill) and Autumn Reisetter (Keith); his great grandchildren, Tripp McMahan, Hank McMahan, Maggie McMahan, Kinnick and Lincoln Reisetter; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Bailey of Oskaloosa.
Memorials may be made to World Gospel Mission and Bethel Baptist Church.
