Dean Mattix Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Mattix (Oskaloosa, Iowa), who passed away on June 26, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mattix and Katherine Green Mattix; his parents-in-law, LeRoy and Phyllis Nelson; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Hiller and Debbie Mattix.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Mike Moore) of Pleasant Hill, CA and Jason of Chicago, IL; his wife Margaret; his grandsons, Connor and Liam Moore; his siblings, Joe (Diane) of Weaver, IA and Cindy Braden (Dale) of Oskaloosa; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy, Stan Young of Osage Beach, MO, Jim and Jennifer Nelson of Cheyenne, WY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and so many friends.
