It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Swan of Oskaloosa, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Lola Swan Sr. (Cortez) of Oskaloosa; his former spouse Angelisa Braida; his daughter Presley McCormick (Kole) of Chariton; his grandson Kane McCormick; his father David Swan Sr. (Gwen) of Rogers, AR; his siblings, David Swan Jr. (Becky) of Russell, IA, Darrin Swan (Gina), Fairhope and Michelle Dickerson (Ron) of Rogers, AR; and his half-sisters, Guinevere Langeberg (Skip) of Spokane, WA and Jennifer Swan of Spokane, WA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
According to the rules put in place by the Iowa Department of Public Health, proper social distancing and reasonable personal protective equipment is advised for attending a religious public event.
