Charlene De Kock Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene De Kock (Oskaloosa, Iowa), who passed away on December 30, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard J. Gosselink and Mary Magdalene Gosselink (Hiemstra); her husband Glenn De Kock; her siblings, John S. Gosselink and Marjean Uitermarkt; and her nephew Eric Gosselink.

She is survived by: her son Ron Van Dyk (family: Traci McCully); her grandchildren, Samantha and Zane of Dallas; her daughter Olivia Kuhl (Michael); her grandchildren, Camryn and Kira of Clive; her daughter Cheri Klyn (Arlyn, family: Jennifer Richardson); her grandchildren, Ella and Aaliyah of Savannah, GA; her daughter Jessica Klyn (Russel) of Novelo; her grandchildren, Dominic and Raegan of Pella; her daughter Alyssa Hornbuckle (Leigh); her grandchildren, Haleigh, Henley, Harlow and Hensley of Sully; her child Aric Klyn (Kandis); her grandson Corbin of Pella; her son Randy Van Dyk (Michelle, family: Taylor Lind); her grandson Noah of Waukee; her child Paige (Luke Mcdonnell) of Dubuque; her brother Leonard Gosselink (Sharon) of Pella; her siblings-in-law, Verlan Uitermarkt of New Sharon and Donna Gosselink of Pella; and her stepchildren, Ken De Kock (Claire), Don De Kock (Elaine) and Becky Kaefring (Paul). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to Heartland Reformed Church of Pella where Charlene was a founding member.
