We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2021, at the age of 62, Carol Jean Taylor of Oskaloosa, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley E. Taylor and Thelma R. Short Taylor; her brother Kenneth Taylor; her brother-in-law Dean Toepfer; and her nephew Christopher Toepfer.
She is survived by: her former husbands, Curtis Johnson and Robert Botteron; her daughter Amanda Botteron of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Rodney and Sierra Chisolm; and her siblings, Steve Taylor (Kathy) of Cedar Falls, Judy Toepfer of Waterloo and Joyce Meredith of Ottumwa. She is also survived by (nieces and nephews); ten "Second Gens" (great nieces and nephews); and many friends.
