We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Carla Howard of Oskaloosa, Iowa, born in Ottumwa, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Marion and Dorothy Ellen Klyn (Haines); her siblings, Elizabeth Maynard and Wayne Klyn; and her husband Reno Beaulieu.
She is survived by: her former husband Craig Howard; her children, Philip Howard (Val) of Waterloo and Amber Sprouse (Zac) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Emma Howard, Levi Howard, Bryson Sprouse, Grady Sprouse and Taya Sprouse; and her siblings, Betty Simmons (Gary) of Oskaloosa, Ron Downing (Jody) of Ottumwa, Don Downing (Julie) of Ottumwa and Vickie Ruby of Ottumwa.
According to the rules put in place by the Iowa Department of Public Health, proper social distancing and reasonable personal protective equipment is advised for attending a religious public event.
Memorials may be made to the family and sent to the Bates Funeral Chapel at 114 South 7th Street, Oskaloosa, Iowa 52577 to be forwarded on to the family.
