He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Russell and Hilda Russell (Van Brogen); his former wife Norma Jean Russell; his son Daniel Russell; his parents-in-law, Henry and Dorothy Vander Horst; and his siblings, Freda Arlene Schwab, Donna Jean McCartney, Keith Delaine Russell and Ralph Vernon Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Russell; his sons, Thomas Russell (Jacque) of Somers and Larry Russell (Lynn) of Columbus, Ohio; and his sister Marilyn Nash (Joe) of Dubuque, Iowa..
