He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Glen and Wilma Dora Bruxvoort (Schimmel). He is survived by: his wife Sandi Bandstra of Oskaloosa; his daughter Becki; his son-in-law Ben Gatton of Delta, IA; his grandchildren, Mason Ford, Morgan Ford, Ella Gatton, Eli Gatton, Sydney Gatton and Jake Gatton; and his siblings, Daryl Bruxvoort (Sandy Caya) of Elkader, IA, Pat Arkema (Ken) of Coralville, IA and Connie Johnson (Tim) of Celina, TX. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

According to the rules put in place by the Iowa Department of Public Health, proper social distancing and appropriate personal protective equipment are required for attending these public events.

Memorial contributions honoring Bryce's life can be made to the Oskaloosa Christian School.
