With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernace A. Kerwin (Oskaloosa, Iowa), born in Seymour, Iowa, who passed away on February 2, 2019 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernace A. Kerwin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Hughes and Lucy Thomas Hughes; her husband Edwin Kerwin; her daughter Linda Lou; and her siblings, Jack, Bert, Tom, Keith Hughes, Iris Merritt and Lela Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon and John Kerwin of Osceola, Iowa; her grandchildren, Peter Gygi, Phillip Gygi (Maureen), Danielle Kraehling (Jake), Carley Kerwin, Caleb Kerwin and Cole Kerwin; her great grandchildren, Theresa, Sarah Gygi, Harrison and Lucy Kraehling; her stepgrandson Eric Bertrand; and her sister Reva Anderson of Davenport, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Awanis Program at the First Baptist Church in Nebraska City, Nebraska.
