He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moore and Mildred Maupin Moore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Moore of Oskaloosa; his children, Michelle of Des Moines and Jon Moore of Des Moines; his stepdaughters, Cristy Ulin, McIntire Ulin of Johnston, Chris Ulin, Carter Ulin of Colorado Springs and Teresa Ulin; his grandchildren, Eyon Moore of Searsboro and Rose Carter of Colorado Springs; and also Helmers of Des Moines.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the First Christian Church in New Sharon.
