We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2024, at the age of 93, Alice Hols of Oskaloosa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Newell and Alice "Ealen" Murphy Newell; her husband Lester Wayne Hols; her grandson Trevor Cowell; and her siblings, Charles, Chester, Clyde, Cloyd, Carl, Carroll Newell and Nadine Armbruster.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hunter (Sherrie) of Jacksonville, Marla Cowell (Randy) of Smithville, Matthew Hunter of Delta, Myron Hunter of Martinsville and Mitchell Hunter (Kathleen) of Meeker, Oklahoma; and her stepchildren, Carl Hols of Tama, Christine Fiscus of Eugene, Marcia Roozeboom (Steve) of Oskaloosa, Terry Hols of Tama and Joanna Van Baale (Brad) of Bradenton, Florida. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
