She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Dean Hoyt and Sylvia Elaine Hoyt (Clement); her brother Danny Hoyt; and her father-in-law Richard "Dick" Rote. She is survived by: her husband Richard Rote of Osceola; her mother-in-law Bonnie Rote of Redfield; her children, Tracy Bainter (Cameron) of Hopeville, Chelsey Rote (Drew Clark) of Murray and Brian Rote (April) of Bronte, Texas; her siblings, Ed Hoyt (Janet) of Moline, Ill (Jerry Hoyt) and Sandy Holder of Grimes; her sister-in-law Linda Cope (Garry Johnston) of Dexter; and her grandchildren, Payton, Lily, Bryan Bainter, Macayla, Mariah, Derek Simmerman, Mackenzie, Brooklynn, Adelynn, Brantley and Bowen Rote.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to the family.
